Reports to Service Controlling Leader located in Pune

Scope of responsibilities:

• Service Controller for our shared service center activities in Japan.
• Occasionally support for other SSC (Thailand, Korea and India).

Your Contribution

• Preparation of month end closings of a service entity in own responsibility.
• Preparation of budget and strategic planning figures.
• Preparation of management reporting.
• Analysis of main KPIs such as Sales, Expenses, Profit, CAPEX, RoS.
• Intense communication with the service areas of MAHLE Japan to collect and control respective figures.
• Participation in regional and global projects in the area of Service Controlling/Cost Accounting.
• Assist in development and reporting according to MAHLE Group standards.
• Possibility to support other Cost Accountants/Service Controller within Asia in questions of coordination and quality assurance.

Your Experience and Qualification

• University Bachelor degree with focus on accounting/controlling.
• A few years of successful experience in controlling.
• Experiences in manufacturing and international environments are a plus.
• SAP CO user experience is must.

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer focused and results oriented.
• Responsible and organized.
• Logical thinker.
• Passion to learn new concepts, technologies, and processes.
• Attention to detail.
