What You Will Do
Assist the Fraud Monitoring Team in analyzing high risk/priority alerts generated by the proprietary fraud detection system and recommend appropriate actions to address them. - Collaborate with the Risk Operations Team in reviewing transactions/alerts, identifying high risk areas, and implementing appropriate controls and monitoring mechanisms. - Assist in the development of operational risk assessment framework, policies, and procedures. - Support the team in implementing Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) programs. - Provide regular performance reporting and analytics to the management on the effectiveness of fraud monitoring and risk mitigation strategies. - Continuously improve the fraud monitoring and risk management processes by identifying opportunities for automation and system enhancements. - Coordinate with various stakeholders and subject matter experts to address operational issues and enhance the overall control environment
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in operational risk management, compliance, or fraud monitoring preferably in the financial services industry. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks. Good understanding of financial products, transaction flows, and operational controls. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to analyze data using SQL or other BI tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under tight timelines
What Would Be Nice To Have
Proficiency with fraud systems (e.g., FCRM, Nautilus, DNA) and advanced Excel/data analytics.
