
Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven
Assistant Manager –
Quality
to lead process improvement initiatives and Proof of
Concepts (POCs) across multiple operations. The role focuses on
embedding
Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices
into BAU operations while driving business excellence through
structured frameworks and data-driven decision-making.
Lead and execute
Kaizen, Lean, and Six
Sigma initiatives
across processes
Drive
cost reduction, quality
improvement, productivity enhancement, and AHT optimization
Design, pilot, and implement
POCs
for new frameworks, tools, and methodologies
Review, approve, and govern
RCA and
CAPA plans
Ensure sustainability of continuous
improvement projects and implemented solutions
Act as a
Six Sigma Green Belt
practitioner and champion
Lead and mentor
Yellow Belt and Green
Belt projects
(minimum 5–6 projects)
Train and coach teams on
Six Sigma
concepts, quality tools, and methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
including
Operations, QA, Analytics, and Technology
Engage with
clients and senior
leadership
for governance reviews and performance discussions
Present improvement outcomes, governance
updates, and performance insights
Drive
change management
initiatives
and ensure adoption of best practices
Handle conflicts effectively and align
stakeholders toward common goals
Strengthen and maintain
quality
governance frameworks
across processes

Mandatory
Six Sigma Green Belt
certification
Minimum
2 years of hands-on
experience
in Six Sigma projects
Experience in leading
Yellow Belt and
Green Belt initiatives
Overall
5–8 years of leadership
experience
Strong knowledge of
Lean Six Sigma
methodologies
Hands-on experience with
quality and
process improvement tools
Strong
analytical and problem-solving
skills
Excellent
communication, presentation,
and stakeholder management skills
Proven capability in
coaching,
mentoring, conflict management, and change management
