Issue Resolution & Coordination
Ensure timely resolution of DPR (Daily Production Report) area issues.
Coordinate with the Incoming Quality team to address and resolve quality concerns.
Final Inspection Oversight
Act as in‑charge of the final inspection area, supervising assembly and post‑testing activities of valves.
Make decisions and resolve issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and leakage analysis.
Conduct meetings with cross‑functional teams (CFT) to control and reduce leakages.
Quality Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and review quality dossiers before submission to Third Party Inspection (TPI) agencies or end customers.
Coordinate valve inspections with customers and ensure timely issuance of Inspection Release Notes.
Support digitization initiatives by developing digital documents and reducing paper‑based processes.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
Attend daily GENABA meetings, track issues, and drive improvement trends.
Analyze rejection and rework in Assembly & Testing, and communicate corrective and preventive actions to production.
Accountabilities:
Completion of daily DPR in shop1& 2 of cast valves and Forged Valve area
Completion of customer inspection by coordinating with assembly, dispatch team as CM team weekly plan.
Coordinating & completion of punch points and in order to get IRN
Raising the X2/X3 notification based on findings from assembly & valve testing
Coordination & Completion of export valves or domestic valves painting inspection and getting the dispatch clearance
