Do you have experience managing busy beach venues, terraces, or large events?
Were hiring an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a well-known beach club on the Dutch coast. The season is in full swing, and we need someone who can hit the ground running.
You be part of a three-person management team, focusing on Front of House operations. During the summer, you help lead a large team cross the restaurant, beach terrace, and event spaces You keep teams organised, service smooth, and guests happy.
Oversee daily FOH operations
Support recruitment, training, and scheduling
Maintain clear service standards and SOPs
Work closely with kitchen and events teams
Stay present on the floor and lead by example
Help adapt operations for seasonal demands
Based in or near Noordwijk
Fluent in Dutch (essential)
Experience in busy terraces, beach clubs, or event venues
Strong team management and communication skills
Positive, hands-on, and calm under pressure
