We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager to support the COO office. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, reporting and analytics , and project management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Roles & responsibilities
•Support COO Office-driven projects in an efficient, impactful and timely manner
•Collaborate with KGS BU operations teams for developing MIs and other analysis
•Support key processes, including KPI reporting, performance analysis, budgeting and process standardization
•Conduct data analysis to drive decisions and strategic planning, including analyzing large and disparate data sets in Excel
•Understand highly nuanced, complex problems and stitch together solutions touching multiple processes
•Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure operational excellence
Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
• The candidate must have c.7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• 3+ years of experience in operations or project management would be an added benefit
Skills
• Think creatively and provide solutions to complex problems
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different work environments and locations
• Expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), working knowledge of Power BI would be an added benefit
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering value to the business and customers
• High ethical standards with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all business matters
• Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization
