Avino’s Italian Table is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading daily operations. This role focuses on maintaining consistency, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth, organized service during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations
• Lead and manage a team of 20+ employees
• Train, coach, and motivate staff
• Maintain service standards and team accountability
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
• Lead shifts during peak service

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience
• Strong team leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and able to multitask
• Food safety knowledge required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• English required
