
Salary range: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour, plus bonus potential.

Holland is seeking an experienced and goal-oriented maintenance professional to join our property maintenance team to provide an elevated living experience, as Assistant Maintenance Manager to our current and future residents, at our multi-site community, The Sabine and Rosewind in Denver, Colorado.The following functions are typically that of an Assistant Maintenance Manager, however, should the Assistant Maintenance Manager need assistance with any of the below functions, Maintenance Technicians or the Maintenance Manager should provide support:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience Minimum of two to three years previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade. Older properties (5+ years) may also require previous renovation experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Attendance Position requires ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year. Due to property staffing limitations, it is extremely critical that individuals be able to work their scheduled hours plus any other hours necessary to complete the job. Position requires the incumbent to serve on-call, as scheduled or necessary.
