You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of thecompany’s management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. Youhave specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them. Diagnose plumbing and heatingequipment malfunctions and make the needed repairs or modifications to the plumbing systems and mechanicalapparatus as needed to keep the systems operations efficiently at all times. Perform the equipment manufacturerssuggested maintenance programs on a fixed schedule.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $52,000.00 - $57,797.00
  • Employment Type: Year Round
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Job Responsibilities:

  • Helps to manage the maintenance department
  • Ensures that the CMMS is up to date with work orders
  • Assigns works orders daily.
  • Oversee the maintenance workers and ensure jobs are being completed on time, correctly, and with a good use offinancial resources
  • Help to develop and implement capital projects as needed.
  • Administer payroll and scheduling of maintenance department.
  • Every Maintenance Department staff member will be assigned other technical work within the department whenmaintenance crisis occur within the company or work in their particular technical field is temporarily or permanentlyreduced. This job summary is intended as a guide, it is not an all-inclusive job description.
  • Must clean up your job site and work area when finished with the assigned task.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of one years of previous maintenance experience.
  • Have computer experience
  • Must be capable of handling moderately strenuous physical activity such as moving heavy units for repair.
  • Have a valid driver's license.
  • Provide own hand tools.
