Deluxe resort is looking for an Assistant Maintenace Manager.

This role supports the Chief Engineer & Director of Engineering in overseeing daily maintenance operations. The role leads and supervises maintenance teams to ensure the functionality, reliability, efficiency and safte of resort utlities, infrastructure and guest satisfaction.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance or engineering operations, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment
• Proven experience in planning and supervising maintenance operations

Technical & Systems Knowledge

• Sound knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, wastewater treatment plants, generators, pumps, and electrical systems
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance systems and asset management

Systems & Software Proficiency

• Advanced computer skills
• Experience with Workforce Management Systems
• Working knowledge of HOTSOS, OPERA, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications
