Join Our Team at C-Care Darne – Assistant Maintenance Lead

C-Care is currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Maintenance Lead to join our Facilities Department at C-Care Darne The selected candidate will report to the Maintenance Lead and assist in the smooth running of maintenance operations across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Maintenance Lead in planning and supervising daily maintenance activities.

  • Coordinate the maintenance team’s work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Assist in monitoring equipment and systems, and ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.

  • Liaise with external contractors and vendors for routine servicing or emergency repairs.

  • Ensure proper upkeep of maintenance logs, reports, and inventory records.

  • Help monitor usage levels and availability of water, diesel, LPG, and medical gases.

  • Contribute to the safe disposal of solid waste in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a similar role.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and under pressure.

  • Basic knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance practices.
