Job Description
Our client is an International based Freight Forwarding Company.
Responsibilities:
- Support Warehouse Manager in achieving the daily warehouse operations.
- Monitor the daily operations including Customer Services and Warehouse Operators ensure shipments/orders receiving and outgoing orders are accurate & follows the customer’s requirement.
- Provide the daily analysis on warehouse activities & arrange/allocate resources to meet daily requirement.
- Organize work duties of warehouse staff on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse.
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties incl. customer, vendor and internal functions parties.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Logistics or related disciplines.
- 4 years experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 years supervisor experience.
- Excellent leadership and people management with good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and strong analytic skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
