You’ll lead a top performing sales team, full of energy and passion for assisting members meet their financial lending goals. As an Assistant Lending Sales Manager, you will:
- Help lead and motivate a team of loan officers to achieve and exceed goals.
- Coach and mentor loan officers through daily member interactions and sales strategies.
- Support hiring, training and onboarding of new loan officers.
- Bring fresh ideas, energy and innovation to help grow loan origination.
- Guide members through the lending process with confidence, professionalism and care.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous sales management or supervisor experience is preferred.
- Experience in leading, coaching, and developing a sales team.
- Experience in consumer lending, loan origination, or financial sales.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with technology, digital lending tools, and remote communication.
