The hiring company is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Leasing Manager - Residential As an Assistant Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process for our residential properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Leasing Manager in developing and implementing effective leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and rental rate targets

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the leasing team, including leasing agents, customer service representatives, and administrative staff

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges

• Prepare detailed leasing reports and analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning

• Liaise with property management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of leasing activities

• Provide training and mentorship to the leasing team to enhance their skills and performance

• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction

• Participate in the recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development of the leasing team

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of leasing processes, systems, and policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in residential leasing or property management, with an understanding of leasing principles, property management practices, and relevant local regulations.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and handle challenging situations effectively.

• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills to manage lease documentation and ensure accuracy.

• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining tenant satisfaction.

• Up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitor analysis.

• Fluency in English and Chinese in both written and spoken.
