Experienced in personal injury or litigation and looking for your next step? Join our Multi-Track Accident team as an Assistant Lawyer, based in Newcastle.
We are keen to attract candidates with fee earning experience who are confident managing or assisting on a caseload and are looking to further develop their expertise within a supportive team environment.
We are looking to recruit an Assistant Lawyer to join our Multi-Track Accident team in Nottingham.
The successful candidate will support on a varied caseload of multi-track personal injury matters while also managing their own files. This will initially focus on intermediate, non-issued cases, with a view to progressing to issued matters over time as experience develops. Appropriate supervision and support will be provided throughout.
The role will involve assisting on existing complex cases as well as taking responsibility for progressing your own caseload. You will gain exposure across the full lifecycle of personal injury claims, from initial instruction through to resolution, and play an active role within a busy and supportive team.
We are keen to hear from candidates with fee earning experience in personal injury or a similar litigation environment. Qualification as a solicitor is desirable but not essential.
You should be able to demonstrate experience of managing your own caseload or assisting on litigated matters, along with a solid understanding of the litigation process. Experience handling fast track or intermediate track personal injury claims would be beneficial.
Strong organisational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and confidence using case management systems are important. As the role involves regular client contact, a professional and empathetic approach to client care is essential.
This position will suit someone with relevant fee earning experience who is looking to continue developing their technical skills and take on greater responsibility within a structured and supportive team environment.
