This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Land Surveyor based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Assistant Land Surveyor will support the land surveying team by conducting topographic surveys, utilizing total station and other surveying equipment, and assisting in building surveying tasks. The role involves accurate data collection, measuring land features, and preparing detailed survey reports. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and assisting with project planning and execution are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Skills in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying
- Proficiency with Total Station equipment and Auto Level machine
- Experience in general Surveying, with mandatory experience in high rise building ,villas and steel structures projects
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site and follow safety protocols
- Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is beneficial
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
Valid UAE driving license.
Experience with infrastructure, roads, or high-rise building projects.
