ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
As the role, you are responsible for Develop key customer strategies and achieve sustainable customer development through effective management methods.
Your main focus :
• Performance Assurance: Achieve channel sales (sell - in/POS) in accordance with the company's targets.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate with key customers, optimize relevant trade terms, and control channel costs.
• Inventory Management: Accurately forecast demand to ensure reasonable inventory levels for both distributors and retailers.
• New Product Launch: Ensure the successful launch of new products and the effective implementation of promotional plans.
• Customer Management: Through effective distributor and customer management, ensure flawless execution at the customer end and implement effective monitoring.
• Monitoring and Execution: Establish a monitoring and follow - up sales reporting system and relevant reports to effectively supervise the sales progress.
• Customer Relationship: Regularly conduct business reviews and plans with distributors and retailers to ensure that channel strategies and plans are implemented as required.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
As an experienced role, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
• At least 5 years of experience in KA channel management and communication. Prior experience in new retail operations and management is preferred.
• Be familiar with the operation of KA headquarters, and have established connections and communication experience across different departments.
• Successfully managed the southern regional market, with a scale of over 30 million.
• Be passionate about sales, highly resilient under pressure, and self - disciplined with high standards.
• Be sensitive to data and possess strong numerical analysis skills.
• Proficiently use office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
