Job Description

Our client is a listed food manufacturer and trading firm.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop IT infrastructure in accordance with the business strategies.
• Review and improve network design, core network equipment and system infrastructure related issues.
• Carry out IT infrastructure set up and troubleshoot of local network equipment and servers.
• Monitor the performance and capacity of systems and carry out upgrade whenever necessary
• Develop and implement standards, policies, procedures manual for infrastructure.
• Liaise with suppliers on infrastructure set up and procurement, production support and maintenance.
• Good vendor management, make recommendations about purchase of technology resources and ensure the expense is reasonable.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering.
• Certifications of CISSP, CCNP, MCSE or PMP is preferred.
• 8 years or above experience in IT with at least 5 years of IT Infrastructure experience.
• Experience in retail or manufactory industry is an advantage.
• Solid experience in infrastructure project and system integration with good knowledge in network and server architecture, operating system configuration.
• Hands-on experience in server set up and configuration.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel.
• Disciplinary, punctual.
