Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in and undertake interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring creative intent and quality are maintained throughout all stages

• Support the development of project briefs, requirements, and design schedules in coordination with internal departments

• Collaborate with operational teams, design consultants, and project contractors to facilitate design direction and ensure successful project delivery

• Participate in the review and coordination of construction drawings, design details, and material specifications

• Assist in the creation and management of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) specifications, sourcing, product selection, and procurement coordination

• Select and review finishes, materials, and FF&E samples; maintain close communication with suppliers and representatives during the design process

• Conduct on-site supervision and inspections of interior fit-out works and FF&E installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards

• Maintain proficiency in design detailing, documentation accuracy, and quality control procedures

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent field

• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese

• Minimum 3 years working experience in interior fitting-out projects or related design work

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, f amiliarity with SketchUp, other 3D software or AI software skill is preferred

• Basic knowledge of space planning, design presentation, furniture and architectural drawing packages

• Basic understanding of materials, furnishings, and finishes is required

• Previous experience with luxury hospitality, integrated resorts, or casino-related design projects is an advantage
