Our client is a well-known property developer, they are inviting a high calibre candidate for the following vacancy:

Assistant Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

• Participate in full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation & benefits management, training and development, performance management and employee relations
• Handle the HR operations and business processes
• Execute HR policies & procedures in line with corporate directions and business needs and ensure full compliance with rules and regulations.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR and administration related metrics
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of solid Human Resources experience
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance is a must
• Functional Knowledge on using PeopleSoft is a must
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
