Belmond Safaris is looking for an Assistant Human Resources Manager to be based in our Maun Office They will also oversee all HR operations in our Maun Office for Eagle Island Lodge and Savute Elephant Lodge. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with a passion for people and ambitions to grow and develop.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as HR manager or other senior HR executive (minimum five years).
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Payroll experience (SAGE VIP Payroll advantageous).
