Job Description

Our client is a leading Chinese Securities firm. They are currently looking for an HR Manager to join their team.

• Reports to Head of HR
• Manage HR Operations at all levels of the organization
• Streamline HR process
• Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and onboarding qualified candidates
• Responsible for new hire onboarding and performance management
• Act as main point of contact for employees in relation to HR related questions
• Prepare and maintain staff handbooks
• Coordinate the Visa process

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in financial institutions
• Knowledge of banking / financial industry will be an advantage
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
