The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments.

He/She assists in the inspection of guest rooms, public areas and outdoor areas of the property, and requests any necessary corrective actions from room attendants, housemen and public area attendants through the external contractor’s supervisors.

He/She supports the Executive Housekeeper in improving guest satisfaction and ensuring compliance with the department’s budget.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Housekeeping Operations

  • Ensures efficient communication of room status to the Front Office;
  • Participates in daily room inspections following checks carried out by the external housekeeping supervisors;
  • Extracts and reviews priority cleaning lists and departure rooms in order to organize and allocate daily workloads;
  • Conducts inventory checks and ensures proper stock replenishment;
  • Assists in the implementation and supervision of room and public area inspection programs, using task checklists that outline daily team organization and quality control methods;
  • Verifies that work carried out by team members complies with established service procedures;
  • Oversees daily Housekeeping operations and ensures compliance with company and departmental standards in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper;
  • Ensures all team members have the appropriate tools and equipment required to perform their duties;
  • Communicates areas requiring special attention to the teams and follows up on corrective actions;
  • Leads departmental meetings in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper;
  • Attends meetings requested by Management or the department;
  • Acts as a replacement in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper, Floor Housekeeper or any other role to ensure continuity of service;
  • Complies with work schedules as established by the department head.
  • Hygiene and Safety:
    • Follows all hygiene and safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment;
    • Adheres to all procedures for storage of goods and equipment;
    • Complies with all fire safety and evacuation procedures;
    • Completes all hygiene and safety training required by Management.
  • Procedures and Standards:
    • Protects the security and confidentiality of guest and colleague information;
    • Maintains confidentiality of company equipment and data;
    • Follows all company and/or departmental procedures;
    • Ensures proper uniform and name badge, maintains professional appearance, and wears personal protective equipment as required.
  • Communication:
    • Addresses colleagues and guests using clear, appropriate, respectful, and professional language;
    • Assists colleagues and ensures they fully understand their tasks;
    • Communicates service needs and any incidents to colleagues discreetly and away from guest areas.
  • Human Resources:
    • Builds and maintains open, effective working relationships with all team members;
    • Ensures completion of all mandatory internal and online training;

Offer details:

  • Status : Employee – Niveau III – Echelon 1
  • Trial period : 15 days
  • Contract period : June - September 2026
  • Working hours : 39 hours contract
  • Gross monthly salary scale : 2.100€ - 2.300€
