Job Role / Responsibilities: You will be responsible to:assist Head Nurse in day to day management of the Inpatient areateach and mentor new staff of the areaensure that quality care is delivered to patientsmeet consultants frequently to discuss patient care related issuescoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance quality of patient careassess patient care and acuity trends, plan and manage unit and staffing, and ensure availability of supplies, equipment and other resourcesDemonstrate initiatives to review concepts of Quality Improvement in Nursing Practice (QINP).

RequirementsYou should have: Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited schoolMinimum 3 years of nursing experience Valid license from Pakistan Nursing CouncilCertification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation, Tool Training and Facilitation CourseExcellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skillsWillingness to work in shift duties.Disclaimer:The Aga Khan University is committed to the principles of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment which is free from discrimination and harassment.
