
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic manager to join the dynamic team at Cromwell New World.
Main focus of the position is to assist the Manager with the planning, organizing and control of the dry grocery department to ensure that it runs efficiently and profitably. The position will require procurement of stock, merchandising and promotional activities. Presentation of products, workplace safety management and staff management will be key areas of performance.
Will be required to act as Duty Manager for the store from time to time and have the ability to make sound business decision, be decisive and customer focused.
Functional relationships will include Head Office Foodstuffs (South Island), all store management, Suppliers, Representatives, Customers, Contractors and Drivers.
