Job Purpose:

• Responsible for statutory reporting and its branches including supporting the ERP financial design to streamline the reporting process
• Develop KPI measurements and drive continuous process improvement

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure closing task is completed timely and accurately. Including TB review, manual adjustment proposal, management reporting submission.
• Lead Balance sheet review for scoped entities.
• Ensure team to strictly implement Group internal control and FSSC internal policy to ensure process compliance
• Initiate & lead CI events as a subject matter expert. Empower FSSC operational staff appropriately implement improvements solutions, control mechanism, and monitor the CI sustainability.
• FSSC scope Entity BU Fin & Biz Depts Communication, build up and maintain good business relationship with internal and external key stakeholders.
• Establish robust FSSC general ledger / journal entries review and posting procedures according to policies and related Delegation of Authorities.
• Have a deep practical knowledge of China Corporate Income Tax and Value-added Tax and other taxes. Lead team to implement tax improvement program to ensure company compliance.
• Independently handle tax bureau audits to safeguard company and support process controller perform regular self-check to mitigate risk
• Support process controller to deliver guidance and leadership support to FSSC operation staff according to internal procedures.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.

Position Requirement:

• Bachelor degree and above in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years finance experience with 2+ years relevant FSSC team leader experience in MNC.
• Proficient in IFRS and China Accounting Standards.
• Fast learner on ERP system usage and complex accounting structure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Good communication (spoken and written in both English & Chinese).
• Be able to work independently, drive team to work effectively in a team environment and lead to build strong working relationships.
• Can work under pressure and good business ethics, personal qualities of integrity & credibility.
