Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement plans in line with WBG’s strategy to develop business with corporate accounts.
• Develop and execute business / account plans and effective calling programs for relationship assigned and new customer acquisition.
• Lead the RM team in developing financing solutions / offering the Bank’s products and services to clients to maximize profits and benefits from them.
• Manage and actively participate in the marketing of the Bank’s products and services to major clients.
• Maintain excellent account relationship with corporate clients.
• Guide and lead the RM team to work closely with product partners and CITIC Group companies to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Monitor and maintain the credit quality of accounts of the team at a high level
• Develop, coach and motivate team members; review and amend credit proposals prepared by the team, and approve or make recommendations in accordance with the authority.
• Maintain a high standard of operational control by adhering to prevailing risk and compliance requirements, bank policies and procedures, and applicable local and regional regulations, following through initiatives with attention to details to achieve set targets and standards.
Requirements:
· University degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
· Minimum 8 years’ corporate banking experience, preferably at least 4 years at managerial level.
· Good forward planning and result oriented.
· Good analytical, credit analysis and risk management skills
· Good leadership, interpersonal and people management skills.
· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
· Willing to travel frequently to PRC
· Possess the required qualifications and license under SFC for dealing in securities will be an advantage
· Possess the qualification of Certified Credit Risk Management Professional (Commercial Lending) (CCRP(CL)) and Certified Credit Risk Management Professional (Credit Portfolio Management) (CCRP(CPM)) preferred
