Functionally to HoD (SI) and operationally to Project team during the execution of the project.
Role:
The Site Manager is responsible for the Site-Planning, Erection & Commissioning activities of Large Hydro Power Plant. He is based at site, leading the Expats, Site supervisors, QC Engineers, Stores team and various contractors for successful execution of Site Works.

Competencies
having relevant +25 years experience in Project Execution, Erection,Testing & Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Hydro Power Plants.
Volume
At Least 04 project as a Site Manager of LH (>100MW) OR 06 projects as Site Manager of SR projects.
