
Hai Hospitality (Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba) is accepting applications for an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager Hai Hospitality is an innovative and growing restaurant group with restaurants in Austin, Dallas, Houston, Denver, Scottsdale, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Miami, with new openings coming soon in Charlotte, Washington, Bethesda, Newport Beach, and additional locations in Miami. This position reports to and works cohesively with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to provide incredible dining experiences for our guests, and to guide and direct the FOH service team.
What We Are Looking For
Our ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a high volume and full service restaurant setting, along with evening and weekend availability. Exposure to P&L reporting, inventory procedures, and strong food and beverage knowledge is preferred. We are seeking leaders who are ambitious, emotionally intelligent, and deeply passionate about hospitality.
