As Assistant General Manager, you'll be a key leader in the hotel's success—working alongside the General Manager to oversee daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and create memorable experiences for every guest. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where no two days are the same. Whether you're supporting the front desk during a busy arrival, coaching team members, or ensuring every corner of the hotel exceeds expectations, you'll lead by example and make a lasting impact every day.

What You'll Do

As Assistant General Manager, you'll help drive every aspect of the hotel's success by:

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance departments.
• Inspiring and developing associates through coaching, mentoring, recognition, and hands-on leadership.
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest service standards.
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing top hospitality talent.
• Supporting financial performance through effective labor management, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Conducting daily property walks to ensure exceptional cleanliness, quality, safety, and brand compliance.
• Building strong partnerships across every department to create a seamless guest experience.
• Promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture where associates enjoy coming to work.
• Leading by example—jumping in wherever needed to support your team and guests.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of progressive hotel management experience.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
