
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff members in various roles, including hospitality, cooking, bartending, and food preparation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Assist with scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service management and hospitality management
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
