Boca: Setting a standard of culinary culture in Cincinnati, Boca showcases flavors from Italy and France with a menu executed with French precision and technique. Boca has been recognized as one of the top French Restaurants in the United States by Travel and Leisure Magazine as well as Open Table’s top 100 Restaurants in the United States.

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities

+ Operates a high-volume restaurant, where constant evaluation of the guest experience is of the utmost importance

+ Maintains staffing pars by managing full lifecycle of hourly team members - recruit, interview, hire, schedule, train, and provide critical feedback

+ Champions our hands-on coaching and training programs for FOH for adherence to company and concept standards

+ Assists GM with developing key holders and entry-level managers to continue with their upward growth

+ Lead inspirational and educational pre-service meetings to fine tune tableside service skills

+ Curates continuous educational courses with assistance from the leadership team

+ Tailors BPA experiences for our guests and team members

+ Tableside presence with guests to receive feedback and address concerns

+ Financial responsibilities such as inventory, ordering, tip distribution, timecard adjustments, reconcile cash and credit card transactions



Qualifications



Qualifications

+ 4+ years of management experience in full-service, high-volume, upscale restaurants

+ Servsafe certification or equivalent

+ Proven ability to lead hiring initiatives and training programs

+ Proficient knowledge of LBW management

+ Spirit of hospitality

+ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

+ Strong interpersonal & communication skills

+ Servant style leadership
