Are you a passionate leader looking for an opportunity to grow in a sustainable, ethically focused restaurant group? Were searching for an Assistant General Manager to join our team in Boston (Back Bay/Downtown Crossing) This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced restaurant professional to take the next step toward a General Manager role, while working in a supportive, people-first environment


What Youll Do:

We believe in serving delicious, high-quality seafood while providing exceptional hospitality As Assistant General Manager, you will:

  • Build, lead, and develop a dynamic, diverse, and motivated team
  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience with warm, friendly hospitality
  • Work alongside your team on the line, leading by example
  • Analyze sales and manage costs, including payroll, inventory, and expenses
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence with a keen eye for detail

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
  • Strong financial acumen, including an understanding of P&Ls and COGS
  • Required food handler certification
  • Ability to handle shellfish/tolerate exposure to shellfish allergens
