Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Sterling Restaurants purpose is to help people realize and achieve their dreams. We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant General Manager who develops people, takes ownership of results, and makes every “Welcome to Moe’s!” count. Partner with your General Manager to run a great restaurant while building your own leadership skills.

Pay & Benefits

• Base salary starting at approximately $50,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience

What You’ll Lead

• Develop your team: Support staffing, interviewing, training, and performance reviews. Give Shift Leaders and Team Members clear direction and ongoing feedback.
• Run great shifts: Coordinate people and priorities, lead alongside your crew, and maintain a safe, clean, organized restaurant.
• Deliver welcoming service: Uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Resolve concerns with care and give guests a reason to return.
• Drive results: Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Grow the business: Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.

What You Bring

• Previous restaurant experience and the ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 15–25.
• Strong communication, interviewing, organization, and problem-solving skills.
