The days leading up to major holidays are some of our highest-volume days and require full leadership presence

Help lead daily operations of a high-volume bakery café
Execute labor and food cost controls
Coach and develop shift leaders and team members
Protect food quality and guest experience standards
Maintain compliance and operational discipline
Step up when the GM is off-site

2+ years of restaurant or retail leadership

Some 25+ years ago Gary and Colleen Worthington began their journey together to learn and perfect the art of baking artisan European breads. After many hours working in the kitchen they finally opened their first bakery in Orem, Utah during the fall of 1997. We know this successful bakery today as Kneaders. Kneaders has become a local favorite due to its high-quality food and home-like atmosphere.
Our recipes are tried and true, perfected over the years, and specifically hand-crafted for the home baker.
