Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in leading all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial success. The AGM assists in overseeing department leaders, maintaining brand standards, driving revenue performance, and fostering a positive team culture at the Sheraton Boston Needham Hotel.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guest service, team development, and leading by example. Hands-on leadership is required in this role.
