As an Assistant Salon Director, you’ll help lead the salon team, support daily operations, and create an upbeat environment where both clients and employees feel confident and welcome.

What You’ll Do:

• Help manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment
• Lead by example in customer service and sales
• Support and coach team members to achieve goals
• Maintain a clean and professional salon environment
• Assist with inventory, reports, and operational tasks
• Help manage scheduling and staffing needs
• Ensure clients receive a friendly and positive experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous management or sales experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend and clean tanning equipment
• Ability to lift or assist with lifting supplies
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
