Homestead Co-op is hiring a Gas Bar Assistant Manager to join our team. The role is based out of our Carman Gas Bar in Carman, MB.

As the Gas Bar Assistant Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of the Gas Bar. Support the team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will also work closely with the Gas Bar Manager with team leadership, merchandising, inventory, safety compliance, and operational execution. You’ll play a key role in driving sales and ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused environment. You will also support achieving departmental goals through continuous improvement.
Homestead Co-op serves more than 27,000 members — and many more customers — in Austin, Carman, La Salle, MacGregor, Oakville, Portage la Prairie & Treherne. We have 17 locations including Food Stores, Gas Bars, Car Washes, Pharmacies, Liquor Stores, Cardlocks, Home Centres and an Agricultural site. Last year, we contributed over $200,000 to community organizations and initiatives.
The Team: You will work closely with the Gas Bar team that reports to the Gas Bar Manager.
