- Coaching in the moment: Leading, supporting, and mentoring Front Office Curators, Guest Service Agents, and Bell Staff directly on the floor.
- Owning the daily shift: Supervising daily front desk operations, guest registration, room assignments, and billing procedures to ensure brand standards are flawlessly met.
- Driving results: Helping optimize room inventory, manage upsell opportunities, and maximize property revenue during your shifts.
- Developing talent: Training team members on operational procedures, luxury service standards, and the art of handling difficult guest conversations.
- Managing: Jumping into the trenches to assist the team, whether that means checking in a heavy arrival wave, handling an escalation, or resolving an unexpected operational wrinkle.
- Partnering with Housekeeping: Actively communicating with Housekeeping to prioritize room readiness, VIP arrivals, and special guest requests.
- Fostering a positive culture: Creating an energetic, positive lobby environment where staff feel supported, respected, and set up for success every day.

- You bring relevant experience: You have a solid background in hotel rooms operations, with proven supervisory or shift-leader experience in a boutique or luxury environment.

- You are a strong communicator: You connect easily with international guests, inspire your team, and keep upper management clearly informed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of front office experience in a hotel or resort setting.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, PMS systems, and hotel procedures.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Frequent use of computers and front desk equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
