Assistant Front Office Manager

The friendly face of the 1023 bedrooms Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel, as an Assistant Front Office Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in all Front Office duties. With your flair and passion for delivering exceptional service, you will be someone with a helpful, can-do approach who leads from the front to ensure the Reception Team delivers a memorable experience for every guest.

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Front Office Manager role will:

• Liaise with the relevant Front of House teams to ensure guest and colleague satisfaction, financial goals, and responsible business targets are met while ensuring the smooth running and robust strategic direction of the Front of House department
• Report directly to the Assistant Front of House Manager
• Manage and develop the team through planning and execution of payroll and rotas, recruitment, induction, training, appraisals, and performance management
• Demonstrate leadership through leading by example
• Clearly communicate operational and strategic information and ongoing customer feedback
• Empower the Front of House teams by providing an inspiring service culture through briefings, team meetings, and coaching
• Have excellent knowledge of Opera
• Have previous Assistant Front Office Manager or Reception Manager experience in a hotel
