En Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires nos encontramos en la búsqueda de la posición de Assistant Front Desk Manager.

Funciones

  • Será responsable por realizar tareas de supervisión del turno y de la atención a los huéspedes en el Front Desk.
  • Entrenará y monitoreará el cumplimiento de los estándares del personal del Sector (calidad, servicio y eficiencia).
  • Deberá dar seguimiento a las llegadas y salidas del día y asegurarse que la atención a VIP Guests y Returning Guests sea adecuada a las políticas y procedimientos de la Compañía.
  • Deberá apoyar al Sector en las tareas operativas que se requieran.

Requisitos

  • Excelente capacidad de liderazgo y coordinación de Personal.
  • Graduado o estudiante avanzado en Hotelería y/o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en posiciones similares o de supervisión de por lo menos un año.
  • Inglés Avanzado (oral y escrito).
  • Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar en los diferentes turnos, inclusive turno noche.
  • Vocación de Servicio.
