What You Will Do

  • Perform inspect and assembly functions of engines, its associated modules, parts, components or accessories.
  • Assist the Senior/Cell Leader to meet cell targets and goals for quality and on-time delivery, as well as drive root cause analysis when targets are not met.
  • Implement production and overtime schedules & procedures, as well as allocate manpower and resources to maximize productivity, while maintaining employees’ morale and satisfaction of the cells.
  • Control production activities, material flow and inventory used by the cells to achieve cost, quality and delivery targets.
  • Ensure compliance of standards, product safety, people’s safety, drive Core, EH&S and Ethics culture in the cells.
  • Ensure that all statutory and Company’s regulations and standards relating to the maintenance, preventive maintenance, alteration and inspection of engines and components are complied with and adhered to.
  • Lead and supervise all workshop engineers, technicians and inspectors in the cells, as well as develop them towards a self-directed and multi-skilled workforce through planned skills training.
  • Supervising staff assigned with regards to general administration, discipline, conduct and appearance.
  • Co-ordinate with other sections to achieve the Gate Matrix for the cell’s product and to achieve cell goals as well as Company’s objectives.
  • Assist the senior/cell leader to ensure all test equipment, tools, technical manuals and spares used are in compliance with airworthiness requirements.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Must be in EE1A grade for at least 2 years as at 22 May 2026 (Applicable for internal applicants only)
  • Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance/ Aircraft Component/ Mechanical Engineering/ Mechanical Technology/ Mechatronics/ Precision Engineering or any other relevant courses
  • Experience in aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance & repair of gas turbine engines with relevant approval ratings will be advantageous
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
  • Analytical with strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Highly motivated with a strong drive for success
