Job Description

Carvela, deeply rooted in Italian heritage, leads the way in premium accessories with shoes and bags designed in the heart of Milan by women, for women. Requirements

  • Previous experience in footwear design
  • be able to produce high quality work to targets and tight deadlines
  • have a flair for design with great creativity and imagination
  • be passionate about the fashion industry with knowledge of both major designer brands as well as exciting new brands
  • be able to produce original ideas based on upcoming trends
  • be flexible with the ability to forge a strong branded aesthetic across multiple product categories
  • be confident in presenting your designs formally and informally
  • have practical knowledge and experience of production methods
  • be able to work without supervision but be part of a team
  • have an understanding of Carvela, our collections and the brand
