Job Responsibilities

• 日本産農林水産物・食品輸出支援（香港）プラットフォーム事業の執行に係る調整業務。
• 日本・香港間の農林水産物・食品に関する貿易データの集計および更新。
• 香港市場における食品動向・トレンドの情報収集、整理、および外部への発信。
• プロジェクトに関連する各種資料作成および事務作業全般。
• 食品規制等の調査、翻訳業務。
• 必要に応じた外勤業務のサポート。

Requirements

• 言語能力： 日本語ネイティブレベル（日本の中小企業支援が主目的のため）、および高度な英語力（食品規則の翻訳や情報収集が可能なレベル）。
• PCスキル： Excel（表計算・グラフ作成・データ分析が堪能であること）、Word、PowerPoint。
• 経験・知識： 食品関係の業務経験、または大学等で食品関連の学問を専攻していた方は歓迎いたします。
• 資質： 明るく誠実で、協調性があり、指示を正確に理解・実行できる方。
• 管理能力： セルフマネジメントができ、ビジネスマナーを身につけている方。
• 健康状態： 心身ともに健康で業務に励める方。

Position

Export Support Platform Operations Coordinator (Data & Information Dissemination) 【Dispatch Employee】

Location

Admiralty, Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of the "Japan-produced Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, and Food Export Support Platform" project in Hong Kong.
• Compile and update trade data regarding food and agricultural products between Japan and Hong Kong.
• Collect and organize information on market trends in Hong Kong and disseminate insights to external stakeholders.
• Prepare various project-related documents and handle general administrative tasks.
• Conduct research and translation related to food regulations and policies.
• Provide support for field assignments/off-site duties as required.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native-level Japanese (as the primary goal is supporting Japanese SMEs) and high-level English (sufficient for translating food regulations and conducting research).
• PC Skills: High proficiency in Excel (spreadsheets, charting, and data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience/Knowledge: Experience in the food industry or a university degree in a food-related field is highly welcomed.
• Soft Skills: A bright, sincere, and cooperative personality with the ability to accurately understand and execute instructions.
• Management: Strong self-management skills and professional business etiquette.
• Health: Physically and mentally fit to perform duties diligently.

Benefits

• Salary: Hourly rate (determined based on skills and experience).
