We’re looking for an Assistant Floor Supervisor who is ready to take their first step into people leadership This is a development-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys retail, thrives on customer interaction, and is keen to grow their confidence in leading and supporting others.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Floor Manager, the Assistant Floor Supervisor plays an important role in supporting the delivery of outstanding customer service and contributing to sales performance across the floor. This role is designed to build leadership capability and confidence, providing hands-on experience in supervising others while still remaining an active part of the sales team.
As your experience grows, you’ll take on increasing levels of responsibility, gaining exposure to day-to-day supervision, operational decision-making and supporting team performance — all with ongoing coaching, guidance and support from experienced leaders.
