Bring your Big 4-trained discipline to a finance function with solid foundations and plenty still to build. As the second finance hire in a lean environment, you'll take ownership of recurring finance cycles and get real involvement in technical and strategic projects, working directly with the Senior Financial Controller. This is a hands-on role: the monthly cycle and annual audit are yours to own, and you'll handle tax compliance alongside external advisers. You'll work on projects across a growing number of portfolio companies, and you'll help shape the systems the function runs on, with AI tools and a free hand to automate the recurring work.

There's somewhere to go from here: as you take on more ownership and autonomy, the next step is Financial Controller.

What you'll do 📋

• Own the recurring cycle: payments, reconciliations, the monthly close, the audit and tax compliance, all on timetable and audit-ready.
• Shape the processes, controls and systems the function runs on, and exploit opportunities for automating recurring work.
• Turn the portfolio companies' data into the group numbers, and support periodic internal reporting.
• Work alongside the rest of the IDDQD team and external advisers on interesting projects across the group.

What you'll need 🎯

• ACA or ACCA qualified, and a university degree.
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years at a Big 4 firm.
• Strong IFRS knowledge.
• Fluent Greek and English.
• Genuinely hands-on: comfortable building the numbers yourself, not only reviewing someone else's.
