Assistant Financial Business Analyst

The Admin Scheduler provides frontline scheduling and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role manages inbound scheduling enquiries, resolves rostering issues, and supports both clients and support workers. Working closely with the Scheduling Team, the Admin Scheduler helps maintain continuity of care and a positive, reliable service experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in designing and maintaining financial and business reporting frameworks to support organisational decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor financial KPIs, operational performance, and business trends.
  • Collect, cleanse, validate, and reconcile financial and operational data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver business insights and improve reporting processes. Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
  • Prepare clear and actionable reports, presentations, and insights for management and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining data governance, confidentiality, and compliance with organisational policies and reporting standards.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by automating and streamlining reporting and data management activities.
  • Provide ad hoc financial and business analysis support as
    required.

Essential Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a data-related role (e.g., financial analyst, business analyst, business intelligence analyst).
  • Experience in the main Microsoft reporting stack, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI.
  • Experience in developing and supporting financial and business data frameworks.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Desirable

  • CPA qualification or equivalent certification.

Work Setup & Employment Details

  • Fully remote (Philippines-based), with occasional in-person or virtual team engagements once or twice per year
  • Work Schedule - Monday to Friday (7am - 4pm PH time)
