Assistant Manager Finance - Onsite - Karachi

Hiring for one of our Packging Company in Karachi.

• Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely, and in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in job titles, departments, and related payment structures
• Proper recordkeeping of Provident Fund & Gratuity Fund as per rules and arranging a regular meeting for validation
• Personal return of Income for an Individual Assessee-related task
• Submission of Statement regarding the payment of Salary u/s 108 to tax circle
• Submission of Statement regarding filling of return of employees u/s 108A to tax circle
• Review TDS, VDS deductions accuracy
• Issuance of certificate of Deduction of Tax
• Submission of Return of withholding Taxes U/S 75A to tax circle
• Assist with Company Tax return and Tax Appeal related tasks
• To check the Mushak 9.1 Monthly return
• Transfer pricing Audit-related task
• Credit ratings-related task
• FDI report submission to Bank
• Dividend repatriation-related task
• Return submission to RJSC
• Schedule X and FORM XII related task
• Bank reconciliation
• International customer (IC) reconciliation
• Cash Flow Statement and cash flow forecast
• Prepared monthly Financial Position as well as yearly financial position
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities,
• Yearly Budget-related task
• Extract and input data from various sources in accounting systems and check related tasks
• Customer & Supplier Settlement
• Ledger Settlement Issues of Microsoft Dynamics Axapta

Location: Industrial area, Karachi

Timimgs: Mon to Sat 9AM tp 6PM
