Job Description

• Coordinate with the accounting outsourcing team to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including managing general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets register and taxes.
• Review and verify journal entries, accounting reports, and worksheets to ensure accuracy during month-end and year-end closing
• Manage and oversee the entire vendor payment process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Ensure all tax filings and payments are completed on time, including corporate income tax, value-added tax, withholding tax.
• Assist in the preparation for half-year and year-end audits, including gathering all requested data.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards and policies, including GAAP
• Work closely with business units to understand their processes and provide support.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and corporate initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with specific experience in accounts closing and tax accounting and compliance
• Have knowledge of ERP system, especially Yardi
• Good skills in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
