What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Finance Controller – APAC, to support regional controllership activities for a listed company.

This is an individual contributor role with professional team leadership responsibilities, focused on project management, FP&A activities, Tax and Oracle Fusion operations across the APAC region.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead finance projects, process improvements, and ad‑hoc initiatives
• Provide analytical and reporting support to FP&A, including forecast and support AOP process.
• Coordinate APAC month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities and timelines, including Taxation aspect and Transfer pricing.
• Support and consolidate APAC revenue recognition under US GAAP
• Act as a key finance user of Oracle Fusion Financials, resolving GL and sub‑ledger issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA / ACCA preferred
• 5–8 years of experience in controllership, US GAAP reporting, and SOX
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion highly preferred
• Experience supporting multi‑country APAC operations in a US‑listed or US‑based company
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
